Runbeatable Terms and Conditions

This website allows you to browse and purchase products (“Products”) offered by Runbeatable (“we,” “us,” or “the Promoter”). By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. General Usage

Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use this website. Users under 18 must have explicit parent or guardian permission.
Prohibited Conduct: Users may not interfere with website functionality, use automated scraping tools, or redistribute website content without written consent.
Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for suspected unauthorized access.

2. Orders and Payments

Contract Formation: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed once you receive an official Order Confirmation email.
Payment Methods: We accept EFT, Payfast, and Payflex (Mastercard and Visa only).
Verification: We reserve the right to request additional information to verify payments. Orders via EFT will be cancelled if payment is not received within 7 days.
Pricing Errors: In the event of a manifest pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order. You will be notified and issued a 100% refund.

3. Delivery and Risk

Delivery times are estimates only. Runbeatable is not liable for third-party shipping delays.
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address or upon collection from our warehouse.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods (Important)

Immediate Notification Required: Upon receipt of your order, you are required to inspect the products immediately.
Reporting Period: If a product is received damaged or with visual marks/defects, you must notify us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to Notify: Failure to report damages within this timeframe, or initiating a return/exchange for a different reason (e.g., "size change") without noting the damage, will be deemed an admission that the product was received in good condition. We reserve the right to reject any exchange or refund if damage is reported only after the item is returned to our warehouse.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Window: Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Condition: Items must be unopened, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Costs: Customers are responsible for all return and replacement shipping costs. A handling fee may apply.
Exclusions: Clearance items and "Final Sale" products cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed via EFT only. We cannot process direct credit card reversals.
Non-Refundable Fees: Transaction fees from the original payment will not be refunded if the return is due to a customer error (e.g., incorrect size or product ordered).

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

"As Is" Basis: Products and website services are provided without express or implied warranties regarding suitability for a specific purpose.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Runbeatable against any loss or damage arising from your use of the products or website.
Product Images: Images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly in color or finish.

Runbeatable Competition Terms

Eligibility: Open to South African residents aged 18+. Employees of IKHAMBI DISTRIBUTION and their families are ineligible.
Selection: Winners are chosen randomly. The Promoter’s decision is final.
Prizes: Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a prize is unclaimed within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

Gift Card Terms (Fly Club / HOKA)

Validity: Valid for 3 years from the date of activation or top-up.
Redemption: Redeemable at HOKA Fly Club physical stores only. Not redeemable online.
Security: Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced unless the card number is provided to block the remaining balance. Treat gift cards like cash.
