  My initial experience was frustrating. Despite returning my shoes promptly, I had a week of silence and had to chase for updates myself. The exchange took two weeks, and my request for a different colour was overlooked, with the … More same colour sent back without explanation.
  However, Jacques personally called to apologise and confirm my order was on its way. That kind of accountability makes a real difference and shows the business genuinely cares about getting things right.
  The initial process needs work, but the follow-up restored my confidence. It is always worth supporting local small businesses, and I would give them another chance.
  ORIGINAL REVIEW (2/5):
  You would expect an online shoe shop to have a seamless exchange system, but my experience was far from it. Despite returning my shoes immediately, I was met with a week of silence and had to follow up myself to get any information.
  The entire process took two weeks and the service was incredibly impersonal. My interactions with the support agent, Shanae, felt cold and clinical. Most frustratingly, my request for a different colour was completely ignored. I was sent the same colour again with zero explanation.
  There are too many retailers with better customer service to settle for this. I won’t be back.
