Runbeatable Refund and Returns Policy

We will happily accept a return / exchange on items providing the following conditions are met:

  • The items are still in 100% original condition and were not used outdoors.
  • Your first exchange or return on orders over R1500 is FREE.
    Please note, this offer does not apply to:
    Items on promotion.
    Orders where a coupon was used.
  • Thereafter we charge a Flat rate of R120 per direction. 
  • Any product / order that is on promotion or clearance or below R1500 will incur the R120 fee per direction.
  • No free exchanges on orders less than R1500.
  • You can choose your preferred courier or use our designated one (additional information on drop-off and collection points will be provided upon request).

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Once we receive the return and our warehouse confirms all is in order and the product is in 100% condition, we will submit the order to our accounts team to start the refund / exchange process.
  2. Refunds will take place via EFT, Please supply us with these details.
  3. If found that the product is not in 100% resellable condition, you will unfortunately need to arrange a courier for collection back to yourself.

With regards to the refund and fees:

  1. We normally deduct a 3% service charge but we will inform you of this amount before your refund is submitted. 
  2. Please place the Product box inside another box to avoid damage as we need to be able to resell the shoes as new.
  3. Refunds are processed every Friday.
  4. Unfortunately, we cannot refund transaction fees associated with your original payment method if on a return (Payfast, Payflex, Credit Card, Zapper, or Snapscan).
