Returns & Exchanges Policy ( UPADATED 7 MAY 2026 )
We want you to have the perfect fit for your run. We will happily accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt providing the following conditions are met:

Resellable Condition: All items must be returned in 100% original condition, including all original packaging, tissue paper, and tags.

Packaging: Please place the product box inside another shipping box or courier bag. Do not tape or label the original shoe box, as it must be in a condition to be resold as new.

Inspection: Once our warehouse confirms the product is in 100% resellable condition, we will initiate the refund or exchange process. If the item is not in original condition, you will be responsible for arranging a courier to collect the item back from us.
Exchange Fees & Eligibility
To keep our pricing competitive, we have updated our exchange fee structure:

Note: Any item purchased on promotion, clearance, or using a discount code is not eligible for a free exchange, regardless of the order total.
Returns / Refunds & Service Charges

Standard Returns: A 3% service charge will be deducted from your refund for "unwanted" items to cover administrative and payment processing fees.

Exclusions: This 3% fee will not be deducted if the refund is due to an item being out of stock or if we are unable to provide an alternative.

Processing: Refunds are processed via EFT every Friday. Please ensure you provide your correct banking details when logging your return.
