A maximally cushioned road shoe designed to go the distance, the game-changing Bondi X is spring-loaded with our propulsive carbon-fibre plate. The original cushioning and lines are here, providing the soft, balanced ride synonymous with the Bondi family. The Bondi X fine-tunes the geometry with an extended rocker for greater acceleration, while also delivering smoother toe-offs, thanks to the carbon fibre plate. HOKA’s extended crash pad acts like a veritable marshmallow, employing the softest foam in our arsenal to date. Paired with a progressive upper with embroidered TPU yarn, the Bondi X will get you there, and then some.

BONDI 7
Both the Bondi 7 and Bondi X are designed to provide HOKA’s signature max-cushion silhouette and smooth ride.
The Bondi X adds a carbon fibre plate to its midsole, which is designed to provide a stiffer, more energy efficient movement per stride; a performance upgrade to the Bondi 7, which retains a softer step-through sensation for a different form of support and comfort.
Similar in weight, the Bondi X weighs 0.1 oz less (men’s) and 0.2 oz more (women’s) than the Bondi 7.
CARBON X 2
Both the Bondi X and Carbon X 2 feature a supportive ride and a carbon fibre plate designed to provide maximal efficiency annd propulsion.
The Bondi X has more cushion and a softer cushion compound than the dual-density midsole of the Carbon X 2, which is more performance-oriented than the comfort meet performance combination of the Bondi X.
The Bondi X weighs 2.1 oz (men’s) and 2.2 oz (women’s) more than the Carbon X 2.

how to measure
If you are unsure which shoe size to purchase, please follow the below steps:
- Draw a straight line longer than your foot on a piece of paper.
- Place the paper on a flat surface. Stand on the line with your heel and longest toe centered. If measuring a child’s foot, it may be easier to hold the paper up to their foot.
- Place a mark on the line at the tip of the longest toe and at the back of the heel.
- Repeat steps above for the other foot.
- Measure the distance between the marks. Taking the larger of the two measurements, use the conversion chart to find your correct shoe size.

1 Chest
Run the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest and then relax your arms.
2 Waist
To find your natural waist, bend to the side and find the crease that forms, this is your waistline. Run the tape measure around your body at this point.
3 Hip
With your legs together, run the tape measure around the fullest part of your hip.
Fit Guide:
Fitted
This product is fitted and has less than 1:1 ease over body, meaning that it is form fitting. While not technically compressive, this fit is the closest thing to the feeling of a hug!
Slim
This product fits close to body and is intended to comfortably fit over body without much excess. Its slim fit for a tailored feeling and gives you good range of movement for activities.
Standard
This fit is our most classic fit – meaning fits that perfect in between – not too fitted and not too relaxed. Some may call this “classic” or ”regular” fit.
Relaxed
Loose fit for a roomy feeling, this style has more ease over body and will generally layer well over more fitted styles.
Oversized
Oversized for a baggy and spacious feeling. If you prefer a more fitted look we recommend sizing down in these items.
