- Exchanges and Returns
2.1 Exchanges: We are pleased to offer exchanges within two weeks after the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
2.1.1 The item must be in its original packaging and in 100% original condition.
2.1.2 Specifically for clothing items, all tags must remain attached to the item. If tags are removed, we cannot accept the item for an exchange.
2.2 Returns: Returns will be accepted under the same conditions as exchanges (as outlined in section 2.1).
2.3 Items Not Eligible for Exchanges/Returns: We cannot accept exchanges or returns for items that have been used, removed from their original packaging, or are no longer in their original condition.
- Exchange/Return Process
3.1 If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact our customer service team within the two-week window after the date of purchase. We may require proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt) for verification.
3.2 You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
3.3 Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our exchange/return criteria, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.

4.1 Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
